Types of Physicals We Offer
Sports Physicals
A pre-participation physical evaluation (PPE) is required by most schools and leagues before a child can play organized sports. Dr. Morrison conducts a thorough, comprehensive exam to confirm your child is fit to participate — and to catch anything that should be addressed before they hit the field.
Camp Physicals
Most overnight and day camps require a physical exam and health form completion before the season starts. Dr. Morrison will complete the exam and fill out any required camp forms so your child is ready to go.
Surgical & Pre-Operative Clearance
Before a planned surgery or procedure, the surgical team will typically send a list of required items and contact information to Dr. Morrison's office directly. Dr. Morrison performs the clearance evaluation and coordinates with the specialist — whether dental, surgical, or otherwise — to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and faxed to the appropriate team before your child's procedure.
Travel Physicals
Planning international travel with your child? Dr. Morrison can assess your child's health status, review destination-specific considerations, and ensure vaccinations are up to date before you go.
